We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered, the following conditions apply:

A full unboxing video (continuous, without cuts, edits, or pauses) must be recorded from the moment of opening the package until the product is fully shown.

The video must clearly capture the shipping label, outer packaging, and the product.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the video evidence.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or provide a suitable resolution.
