Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery delays may occur due to courier partner issues, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

From time to time, Jonakis may offer free shipping promotions

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A continuous unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory for claims.
